Returns & exchanges

Returning or exchanging your product is easy. Please note that you return or exchange your purchased item within 14 days after receiving your order.

Every purchased product could be returned or exchanged by using the return form, which is enclosed within your order or can be found on our website. Fill in the complete return form and follow the instructions on the form before sending the order back to SHOEBALOO.

Returning
For returning orders within the Netherlands we will charge an administrative fee of € 15,-
For returning orders within the European Union we will charge an administrative fee of  € 30,-
Please note: Refund deducted with the administrative fee is initiated within 1 week

Exchanging
SHOEBALOO offers one free exchange per product per customer. Free exchange is limited to ONE Exchange for the same product in another size or colour.

If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right please contact us at customercare@shoebaloo.nl to check if your replacement size or colour is in stock. We will exchange only when the wrong size or colour article has been returned to SHOEBALOO. If you would like to exchange an item for another model, brand or product the above mentioned return policy will apply.
