How do I know that SHOEBALOO sells authentic products?
As an authorized online distributor for all the brands/ designer labels we feature, we can unconditionally guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from SHOEBALOO.

What are the costs for shipment?
We don’t calculate shipping cost for orders send to our customers.  Nevertheless we do calculate an administrative free for returns of the purchased goods. Please consult our Returns & exchanges page.

To what countries does SHOEBALOO ship?
SHOEBALOO will send to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Do I need an account to place an order with SHOEBALOO?
Yes, for placing an order on our website you need to create an account. This is an one time only process. After you have created an account you can log in with your existing log in code and password.

Which transport company will handle the order?
All our orders are handled by PostNL.

What if I am not home when the order gets delivered, what happens with my order?
When you are not home when the order get delivered, PostNL will offer try to deliver the order the following day. PostNL will try to deliver the order twice. When PostNL is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from PostNL. With this note you are able to pick up the order at the nearest post office.

How can I trace my order?
After the order confirmation e-mail you will receive a second e-mail with the transport details which contains the track and trace code. With this code you are able to trace your order.

Do I have to sign for my order?
Our customers within the Netherlands are obliged to sign for the order, as result of the high value of the cargo.

Is it possible to pick up the order in one of the SHOEBALOO stores?
Unfortunately it is not yet possible to pick up online orders in our stores. Every article purchased through our web shop will be delivered at the delivery address you have filled in when ordering the product.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless “only in store” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping chart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you have any question about the availability of certain products on the website, contact us at customercare@shoebaloo.nl.

Which payment methods are accepted?
SHOEBALOO accepts the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and iDEAL. See Payment security for further explanation.

What happens with my personal information?
SHOEBALOO respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and customers. SHOEBALOO recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about the online visitors and customers. See our Privacy statement for further explanation.

Will the online shop contains sale items?
No, SHOEBALOO won’t have any sale items within the online shop. Sale items will only be sold in our stores.
